Directions: |
- In a large skillet, saute sausage over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from pan with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
- Drain pan of drippings. Heat oil in same skillet and saute onion over medium heat until tender
- Add flour and pepper, stirring until smooth and thick. Continue to cook and stir for one minute
- Stir in milk and cook until mixture thickens, stirring all the while. Simmer for 1 minute. Spoon 3/4 cup of sauce into bottom layer of a 13X9X2" baking dish
- Layer with 3 pieces of lasagna, half of the sausage, eggs, sauce and Provolone cheese. Repeat, ending with Provolone
- Sprinkle top with Parmesan. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is heated throughout
